パレットカバーについて

最適なサイズの選び方を教えてください。: 最適なパレットカバーの選び方は、幅・奥行きに関して、荷物よりも30～50mm大きいサイズをお選びいただけると、基本的には問題ありません。
パレットカバーを内袋として使用することは可能ですか？: 当社で製造している規格品は、外カバー用となっております。内袋としてご利用する場合は、別注品として、溶着（シール）方法を変えることで、対応可能になります。
既存のサイズではない、特注サイズのパレットカバーを作ってもらうことは可能ですか？: はい、お客様のご希望サイズでお作りいたします。納期は3週間前後、最少ロット数は500枚から1,000枚が目安となります。特注サイズでのご注文をお考えのお客様は、まずは当社にお問い合わせください。
パレットカバーに、防錆や帯電防止などの特性を加えることは可能ですか？: はい、可能です。別注品対応となりますので、まずは当社にご相談ください。
パレットカバーを使用した状態でのパレットの段積みは可能ですか？: 段積みは不可能です。当社規格品は、0.03厚と0.05厚の2種類がありますが、どちらの製品も段積みに耐えられる強度はありません。予めご了承ください。

ドラム缶内装袋（RSパック）について

ドラム缶へセットする方法が分かりません…。: 納品させていただく際には、たたまれた状態となっておりますので、まずは円筒状に袋を広げていただき、缶に挿入してください。一般的には、袋の口を缶の外側に折り返して使用します。どうしても分からない場合は、当社にご連絡ください。
ドラム缶内装袋（RSパック）をセットする際のコツなどはありますか？: ドラム缶内装袋（RSパック）をセットする際には、できるだけ袋を円筒状に広げ、たたまれていたときの折り目の角がドラム缶をこすらないようにするのが、スムーズにセットするコツです。
ドラム缶内装袋（RSパック）は、どれくらいまでの高熱に耐えることができますか？: 充填温度は、80℃を上限として、ご使用ください。ただし、溶剤成分を含む場合は耐熱温度が下がりますので、注意が必要です。テストサンプルのご提出も可能ですので、お気軽にお問い合わせください。
耐溶剤性が気になるのですが…。: トルエンやキシレンなどに関しては、膨潤などの悪影響が予想されますので、ご注意ください。ただし、溶剤の温度や保管期間、温度などによって、耐溶剤性に差が出てきますので、まずは一度ご相談ください。テストサンプルのご提出も可能ですので、お気軽にお問い合わせください。
特注サイズの依頼は可能ですか？: 高さに関しては、お客様のご希望サイズに調整することが可能です。ただし、直径に関しては、サイズ表にある5種類のみとなっております。予めご了承ください。
ドラム缶内装袋（RSパック）の上部を結んで使用したいのですが、問題はありませんか？: 液体を充填して輸送される場合、上部を結んでご使用されるとハンマー現象を起こす可能性があるため、おすすめはいたしません。その他のケースで、上部を結びたいというご要望がございましたら、袋の高さを伸ばして結びやすくしたものをご提案することも可能です。まずは、当社にお問い合わせください。

Regarding Pallet Cover

How to choose the adequate Pallet Cover size?: It would be advisable to choose Pallet Cover with 30 – 50mm (3 - 5cm) longer in both width and depth than the size of luggage or cargo.
Can Pallet Cover be used as inner bag?: The Pallet Cover we supply is designed for an external cover. We can supply as separate item as internal bag by converting the Pallet Over into the Internal bag with the modification of its sealing.
Does Poly World supply made-to-order Pallet Covers which is not available in the standard size list?: Yes we can accept made-to-order. It would normally take approximately 3 weeks to deliver. Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) would be from 500 pieces to 1,000 pieces, depends on types and sizes. Contact us for more details.
Is it possible to include rust proof or antistatic agent?: Yes it is possible. It is Made-to Order item, and contact us for more details.
Is it possible to stack pallet when it is covered with Pallet Cover?: No it is not possible to stack pallet when Pallet Cover is used. There are two thickness types available – 0.03 mm and 0.05 mm, but neither of them is not able to hold weight from stacking Pallet.

Inner Drum Bag (RS Pack)

I need an instruction how to set Drum Bag.

It is folded when Drum Bag is delivered. First, you need to unfold it and turn into cylinder shape. Secondly, insert cylinder-shaped Drum Bag into Drum Can. Ensure to insert close-end first (not open-end), so that the close-end will fir to the Drum bottom. Thirdly, when close-end fit to the Drum bottom, fold the extended top (open-end) outwardly. Contact us if you are still unsure about how to use it.

Is there any useful tip how to set Drum Bag?

It is highly advisable that you spread the Drum Bag into the shape of Cylinder when you unfold. Keep the Cylinder shape and avoid the edge of bag touch Drum Can. This action will minimize the friction and help you fit the Drum Bag to the Drum Can easily.

What is the highest temperature the Drum Bag can withstand?

Drum Can bag can hold the heat up to 80 degree Celsius (80℃). Extra caution, however, may be required, for some type of Drum Bag includes solvent compositions which affect heat resistance. Sample bag can be arranged for order for the testing purpose. Consult us.

Does solvent resistant materials affect the quality of Drum Bag?

Toluene or Xylene might cause stretch of Plastic film and negatively affect the quality. The severity of effect, if happens, is subject to the temperature of liquid, length of storage period, or storage temperature. Sample bag can be arranged for order for the testing purpose. Consult us.

Does Poly World supply made-to-order Drum Cab bag, which is not standard size list?

Height can be adjusted to suit your need. Diameter, however, is limited to five different sizes. Refer size list.

Can I close the Drum Bag by ting the top when it is transported?

It is not advisable closing the Drum Bag by ting the top, for it may cause Fluid Hammer Phenomena. Fluid Hammer (or Water hammer) is a pressure surge or wave caused when a fluid in motion is forced to stop or change direction suddenly. The pressure wave can cause problems, from noise and vibration to bag split ot tear. Stretched-height bag may help solve the issue. Consult us.
